陕西省咸阳市实验幼儿园简介

   陕西省咸阳市实验幼儿园成立于1989年9月，位于沈家小区中央，是一所公办园，隶属咸阳市教育局。现有教职工41人，其中研究生学历1人，本科7人，大专12人，小学高级教师9人，市级以上优秀教师14人。占地面积4266m2，建筑面积1984m2。

　目前开设大、中、小8个班。园内布局规范、合理，设备齐全。多年来认真贯彻《幼儿园工作规程》、《幼儿园管理条例》和《幼儿园教育指导纲要》。坚持“以人为本，科学管理，教育创新，全面发展”的办园宗旨，注重教育教研和幼儿综合能力的开发。近几年教职工在各级刊物公开发表和获奖论文已过百篇，师生舞蹈演出、绘画和手工作品等多次在国家、省、市获奖，其中2006年8月进京参加全国幼儿教师才艺大赛的五位教师两人获一等奖,三人获三等奖。优质的教育资源，精细化的管理环节，高标准的教学质量，赢得家长和社会一致好评。先后荣获省级“一类幼儿园”、 “示范幼儿园”、 “双语教学实验园”、“名优诚信先进单位”、“中小学德育工作先进集体”、“学习科学研究与实践示范幼儿园”、“陕西省平安校园”，市级“文明校园”、“创选评最佳单位”、“健康教育示范学校”、“绿色文明幼儿园”和区级“未成年人教育先进集体”等荣誉称号，还被国家五部委命名为“幼儿科技活动实验基地”，被咸阳市卫生局授予“食品卫生管理示范单位”。

              Introduction to Xianyang Experimental Kindergarten of Shaanxi

Xianyang Experimental Kindergarten, located in the center of The Shenjia Residential District, was founded in September 1989. It is a state-owned one, being subordinated to Xianyang Education Commission. The kindergarten has a staff of 41, including one member with postgraduate education, seven bachelors, and twelve graduates from community colleges, nine with the certificates of Super Teachers, and thirteen provincial model teachers. The kindergarten covers an area of 1984 square meters of land with a floor space of 9,886 square meters. There are 8 classes, divided into Junior, Middle and Super Grades. The kindergarten has an adequate set of teaching facilities and instruments as well as references, with beautiful, formal and reasonable layout. The kindergarten has been carrying out the principles such as Regulations for The kindergartens, Managing Rules for The kindergartens, Guidelines for the kindergarten Education. We have been constantly adhering to the school-running creed of ”humane management and scientific management, creative education and full-scale development”, paying much attention to research on education as well as the development of children’s integrated competence. More than one hundred treatises have been published, among which a large number have been awarded Prizes of Excellence. In addition, Infant dancing, painting and handcraft works have been awarded a variety of both national and provincial prizes, which has won the high opinion of the parents and the society.
